Cancellation requests shall be processed according to the applicable rules defined by the ticketing authority.
Refunds may be considered only for eligible cancelled bookings. Applicable charges, if any, may be deducted before processing refunds.
In case money is deducted but booking confirmation is not generated, the transaction will be verified and processed as per payment gateway rules.
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method. The time taken may vary depending on the respective bank/payment provider.
